Thailand Information...

Weather and Climate:

Thailand has a tropical climate and conditions are good for visiting all year-long. However, the best time to visit would be between November and February, also known as the cool season. The temperatures during this period averages around 28 degrees celcius during the day and 12 degrees celcius during the night and there is less humidity compared to other seasons.

Thailand's climate consists of three seasons:

- Hot and dry Summer (February to May)

- Rainy season (August to October)

- Cool and dry (November to February)

Thailand Cuisine:

Seafood cuisine is a very common food in Thailand due to its ocean surroundings and numerous rivers. Rice is a staple food that is typically eaten in every meal and noodle soups and rice porridge are also commonly consumed on a daily basis.

Probably the most popular dishes in Thailand would be Pad Thai (pan-fried noodles with shrimp and veggies) and Tom Yum Goong (spicy and sour shrimp soup). Vegetarian and milder foods are also available upon request from many of Thailand's very famous road-side stalls at very good prices.
